In February 2025, Zongky implemented a crucial upgrade to its core production line, transforming its traditional large-scale production line with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 6,000 pairs into flexible, customizable small-batch production units capable of handling orders of 100-300 pairs. This upgrade aims to meet the overseas market's demand for small-batch orders, rapid delivery, and multi-batch production.

As of the end of January 2026, this flexible production line has been operating stably for nearly a year and has achieved remarkable results: the average minimum order quantity per batch is 214 pairs, and the entire process from sample production to finished product delivery takes only 6.8 days (significantly faster than the industry average). Thanks to our strict quality control standards, the customer return rate is as low as 0.9%.

We also demonstrate exceptional professionalism and versatility in product craftsmanship and materials: our needle count covers the full range of 120N-200N, meeting the production needs of socks with different thicknesses and fineness; in terms of materials, we support a variety of functional blended fabrics, including organic cotton, recycled polyester fibers, and silver ions, suitable for customizing various types of socks, such as trendy styles, functional styles, and luxury styles.
