Zongky, operated by Zhuji Zhongqi Import & Export Co., Ltd., is a custom sock manufacturer providing made-to-order production for brands, Pilates studios, activity venues, promotional product companies, and distributors worldwide.
Our main product lines include custom Pilates grip socks, custom streetwear socks, custom trampoline park socks, and custom promotional socks. Each order is manufactured according to the customer's confirmed design, quantity, and packaging requirements rather than supplied from ready stock.
Customers can customize sock structures, yarn colors, jacquard or embroidered logos, silicone grip patterns, decorative details, and branded packaging. Our team supports every stage of the project, including design development, sample production, bulk manufacturing, individual quality inspection, packaging, and shipment coordination.
Zongky has completed more than 2,600 custom sock projects for customers worldwide. By combining in-house production with responsive design support and individual product inspection, we help customers develop custom socks that are ready for retail, studio use, activity venues, events, and ongoing distribution.
Our custom manufacturing business began under the name URON. As the company expanded its product development and international services, we introduced ZONGKY® as our registered brand. Today, our custom manufacturing services operate under ZONGKY®.

Every Sock Is Individually Inspected
Zongky does not rely on random sampling as the final quality check. Every sock is individually inspected before it is paired and packed. Our team checks for knitting defects, sizing, color consistency, logo accuracy, grip placement, loose threads, stains, finishing, and packaging errors. Products that do not meet the approved requirements are corrected or removed before shipment.
In-House Custom Sock Manufacturing
Custom socks are manufactured in our own factory rather than purchased as finished goods for resale. Direct production control allows Zongky to manage sock construction, sizing, logo execution, color consistency, production schedules, and repeat-order accuracy across Pilates, streetwear, trampoline park, and promotional sock projects.
Design Support & Fast Sampling
Send us your logo, preferred sock style, brand colors, and estimated quantity. Our design team will prepare a production-ready mockup and confirm the sock structure, yarn colors, logo technique, grip design, sizing, and packaging requirements. Custom samples can typically be developed within approximately 3–5 days after the specifications are confirmed.
Factory Verification & Compliance
Zongky can provide available business credentials, factory verification records, material test reports, and relevant compliance documentation for buyer review. Our team evaluates the product type and destination market to confirm which documents are relevant to each custom sock project.
We have BSCI, Oeko-tex, GOTS and other certificates for cooperation.
Scalable Production & Reliable Lead Times
Made-to-order production starts from 100 pairs per design and can scale to higher-volume, multi-design, and repeat-order programs. Bulk production typically takes 15–30 days, depending on the sock construction, customization requirements, quantity, and packaging. The estimated production schedule is confirmed before the order begins.
